Sage is sweet, yet savory. It’s a lovely addition to bread products, like stuffing and savory rolls. It also helps punch up an earthy stew or soup.

We grow our sage on our farm using organic practices, although it is not certified organic.

Sage is super healthy. One tablespoon hasĀ 43% of the daily recommended serving of vitamin K. It’s also an excellent source of fiber, vitamin A, folate, calcium, iron, magnesium, manganese, and B vitamins such as folic acid, thiamin, pyridoxine, and riboflavin in much higher doses than the recommended daily requirements, as well as healthy amounts of vitamin C, vitamin E, thiamin, and copper.
